This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services provided by Infinite labz marketing. By using our services, you agree to the conditions described below.

Service Cancellations

  • One-Time Projects: You may cancel a one-time service (e.g., website design, campaign setup) by providing written notice. However, refunds are only available if work has not yet commenced.

  • Ongoing Services: For subscription-based or retainer services (e.g., monthly digital marketing, SEO, or social media management), you must provide [7/14/30] days’ notice in writing before the next billing cycle.

Notice Period

  • All cancellations must be sent via email to info@infinitelabzmarketing.com and must include your name, service type, and reason for cancellation.

  • Cancellations submitted after a billing cycle begins will apply to the next cycle, not the current one.

Refunds on Cancellation

  • No Refund for Work in Progress: If a project or monthly service has already started, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

  • Partial Refunds: May be issued at our discretion for unused services, depending on how much work has been completed at the time of cancellation.

Cancellation by Infinite labz marketing

We reserve the right to cancel your service or project at any time for reasons including (but not limited to):

  • Breach of Terms & Conditions

  • Non-payment or late payment

  • Inappropriate or abusive conduct
    In such cases, you will be notified in writing, and any eligible refund will be determined at our discretion.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes implies your acceptance of the updated terms.
