Digital Services & Non-Tangible Products

All digital services (such as website design, digital marketing, SEO, lead generation, and creative assets) are non-returnable and non-refundable once the service has started or deliverables have been provided.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started, and no resources or time have been allocated.

  • A payment was made in error or duplicated.

  • The service cannot be delivered due to circumstances on our side.

To request a refund, you must notify us in writing at info@infinitelabzmarketing.com within 7 days of the original transaction. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Disputes & Dissatisfaction

If you’re not satisfied with the service you’ve received, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. We strive to resolve any issues quickly and fairly through revisions or service adjustments whenever possible.

Third-Party Costs

Any third-party costs (e.g., domain registrations, ad spend, stock media, software licenses) paid by Infinite labz marketing on your behalf are non-refundable under all circumstances.

We may update this Return Policy occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
